
YOU WILL NEED:
1 cup of rice
1 cup of white sugar
3 cups coconut milk
pinch of anis
HERE’S HOW:
Soak the rice in 1 ½ cups of rice in not less than 4 hours and grind it finely. Put coconut milk and sugar. Let it boil in a low fire for about 25 minutes or until sauce thickens. Mix well.
Place it on a container and let it cool.
Sprinkle with latik.
