
INGREDIENTS:
20 pieces young okra
4 tablespoon calamansi syrup
½ cup gluten, finely chopped
3 tablespoon soy sauce
Garlic, chopped
Onion, chopped
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
Wash the okra. Fry gluten then add garlic, onion and okra. Add the calamansi syrup, soy sauce and salt. Let it simmer until okra softens.

I never heard of Adobong Okra until now. You have some other recipes here that I've never tried, as well, like: Pancit Lucban and Bagoong Fried Rice. I should try these ones. Thanks.
